We are delighted to introduce you to our exclusive, Members-Only Social Organization (501 c(7)). To ensure a warm and inviting atmosphere, we have a few guidelines for entry and participation:
1. Membership Requirement:
To enter the Club, you must be a Member in good standing or a Guest accompanied by a Member. Please note that while guests are welcome, they may be subject to entrance fees and do not have bar privileges. Only Members in good standing can purchase drinks from the bar.
2. Membership Identification:
Each Member is assigned a unique Membership Number and a Point of Sale (POS) number. Be prepared to present your Membership Card at the front door, as entry may be denied without proof of membership.
3. POS System:
Our bar operates on a POS system that is regularly updated with the names and numbers of current Members. Unfortunately, we cannot serve anyone who is not listed in this system.
4. Keeping Membership Current:
To maintain the vitality and legality of our Club, it’s essential to keep your Membership current. We also encourage you to promote this commitment among your fellow Members.
5. Community Involvement:
The Club belongs to its Members, and the Board of Directors manages its legal, financial, and operational affairs. We always welcome volunteers to help with food preparation, cleaning, and other Club activities. If you can, please consider dedicating your time to assist with at least one event each year.
